Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to be the right hand to the Salon Leader, the heartbeat of the shop, keeping energy high, guests happy, and the team on track.

In this full-time leadership role you’ll mentor stylists, coach using the IGROW model, help with scheduling, onboarding, and marketing, while you continue to style behind the chair and contribute to a profitable salon.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state of applying.
• Full-time leadership role requiring 40 hours per week.
• Stamina to stand long periods and perform services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math, and stellar communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor staff using the IGROW model to hit goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support local marketing and partnerships to keep chairs full.
