Job summary

Sun Tan City - Dual Leverage Group is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-focused environment and to drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and help ensure operational excellence.

You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the Salon Director to meet revenue and service goals. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail management or supervision advantageous.
• Must have strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-energy, positive salon environment with client-centric service.
• Drive store performance and supervise Tanning Consultants.
• Provide coaching and training to improve daily performance.
• Generate reports and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Ensure staffing levels for productivity and service.
