Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader to join our management team. This role focuses on maintaining a high-energy, client-centric salon, driving performance, and delivering exceptional service.

The Assistant Salon Director will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and support the Salon Director in revenue and cost control. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
• Team-building and delegation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide feedback.
• Coach and train team members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with salon director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
