Sun Tan City is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service while meeting productivity targets.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and a 40–45 hour schedule, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands. A strong focus on leadership and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor while managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and sales goals.
• Maintain clean, professional salon conditions and appearance.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports and assist with budgeting and labor control.
