Sun Tan City in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy salon team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client service. This role supervises tanning consultants, coaches staff, and upholds operational excellence to meet productivity goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain a clean environment, and partner with the Salon Director on revenue management and staffing.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Establish goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Director functions.
• Assist Salon Director with revenue and expense control.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as required.
