Glow Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Director for Springfield, MO. This role focuses on driving store performance, delivering exceptional client service, and managing tanning consultants to meet productivity goals.

The position requires management or sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. A college degree is preferred but not required; basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to ensure client-centric service and sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and coach Team Members to achieve them.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist Salon Director.
• Help control revenue and expenses; adjust staffing for productivity.
• Work nights and weekends as needed for coverage; 40–45 hours weekly.
