Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, model leadership, and ensure exceptional service while meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Flexible scheduling and opportunity for advancement are offered in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support salon leadership.
• Assist with revenue and expense control and staffing levels.
• Provide coverage as needed, including nights and weekends.
