Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to lead a fast-paced tanning salon, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional client service. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and model high standards of cleanliness and client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership roles.
• Strong customer service skills and team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set goals and coach Team Members to achieve them.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director duties.
• Help manage revenue, expenses, and staffing levels.
• Work nights and weekends as required for coverage.
