Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Director for its Sun Tan City salons in the Tennessee area. You will drive store performance, coach tanning consultants, and deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Role requires strong leadership, people management, and a track record in sales and customer service. Evening and weekend schedules may be required to cover leadership shifts.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to ensure client-centric service and sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist salon director.
