Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Fargo, ND clinic. You will lead client consultations, craft personalized packages, and partner with leadership to meet sales KPIs while ensuring a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, handling appointments, and supporting daily operations. Prior experience in sales and excellent communication are required to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a commission-driven or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and tailor dream packages.
• Collaborate with team to engage existing clients and drive sales via add-ons.
• Maintain accurate client records and support administrative processes.
