Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently required.
• Works well in a team environment required.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through tailored recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, update client records, field calls, and support staff with tasks.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process client financial transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership to support departmental objectives.
