Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our St. Cloud clinic team. You will engage clients in consultations, craft personalized dream packages, and coordinate financing options to enable access to services.

As the assistant to the clinic manager, you’ll drive sales KPIs, manage day-to-day operations in the manager's absence, and ensure a world-class client experience with strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/evenings.

• Achieve all sales KPIs by delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Conduct thorough consultations to identify client needs.
• Collaborate with team to engage current clients and upsell.
• Build lasting client relationships at every touchpoint.

• Support leadership and assist in admin tasks as needed.
