Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Indianapolis (Keystone) clinic. You will engage one-on-one with clients to understand needs and craft personalized dream packages, including financing options to improve accessibility.

You will work with clinic leadership to achieve sales KPIs and streamline administrative processes, ensuring a world-class client experience even during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently required
• Works well in a team environment required
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business required

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through tailored recommendations and add-on services.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint
• Lead day-to-day operations during the absence of the clinic manager while maintaining high service standards
