Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Dublin, OH clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, engage clients with personalized consultations, and collaborate on financing options to make services accessible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with computer and sales software (CRM).
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team to engage current clients and drive add-on services.
• Build lasting client relationships at every touchpoint.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process client transactions.
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support staff with duties.
