Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Raleigh area team in Holly Springs, NC. You will engage clients with personalized consultations, craft dream packages, discuss financing options, and help achieve sales KPIs while ensuring a world-class client experience.

As the day-to-day leader in the absence of the clinic manager, you’ll supervise operations, coordinate with staff, schedule appointments, handle transactions, and maintain records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use computers and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs by delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with team to engage clients and drive add-on services.
• Maintain client records and support treatment room upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process transactions.
