Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Dallas (Cedar Hill), TX is seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to guide our client-facing team. You will deliver consultative experiences, craft personalized dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to improve access to services.

Additionally, you’ll lead day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager, drive sales KPIs, and ensure a world-class client experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information and use sales software.
