Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in (City). You will engage with clients one-on-one to deliver outstanding consultation excellence, tailoring dream packages and discussing financing options to improve accessibility to services.

You will help achieve sales KPIs, support leadership, and manage daily operations to ensure a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients, driving sales through tailored recommendations.
• Lead day-to-day operations during the absence of the clinic manager and ensure high standards of customer service.
