This full-time role involves guiding consultations, coordinating with leadership, and driving revenue through personalized treatment packages.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure strong customer service, and support in achieving clinic KPIs while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and craft personalized packages.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients with tailored recommendations and add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Perform opening/closing duties, scheduling, and processing client transactions.
