Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Detroit (Royal Oaks), MI team. You will consult with clients, tailor dream packages, and discuss financing options to ensure access to services.

You will partner with clinic leadership to meet sales KPIs and streamline operations, while delivering a world-class client experience, even in the absence of the clinic manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and support staff with duties.
