Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Syracuse, NY team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will consult with clients, tailor dream packages, and discuss financing options to ensure accessibility to services.

You will support clinic leadership to hit KPIs and streamline operations, including opening/closing duties and transaction processing. This role emphasizes communication, independence, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through recommendations and add-ons.
• Lead the team in day-to-day operations during the clinic manager's absence.
