Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager in Miami (Doral), FL to lead our dynamic team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will consult with clients, tailor dream packages, and discuss financing options to ensure accessibility to services.

As a key leader, you will drive sales KPIs, mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining world-class customer service and a high standard of client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintains highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients with tailored recommendations and add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships to exceed client expectations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and support staff with operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process client transactions.
