Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver consultative client experiences. You will engage with clients, craft personalized dream packages, assist with financing options, and help achieve sales KPIs while maintaining high standards of service.

During manager absence, you will oversee daily operations and ensure a world-class experience for every client.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Ability to work independently.
Works well in a team.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Ability to use a computer and sales software.
Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

Drive sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering a world-class client experience.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and craft personalized dream packages.
