Job summary

Hand and Stone is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to direct and organize the spa sales department, delivering an outstanding customer experience and meeting membership goals through exemplary service.

You will lead daily huddles, coach a team, manage membership experience and retention, and roll out promotions while maintaining a front-line leadership presence to motivate staff and drive results.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years service sales experience of memberships, subscriptions, or similar services.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (spa, retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales industries preferred).
• Flexible schedule – may include nights and a weekend day.
• High emotional IQ motivator who thrives on coaching and team development.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving results.
• Excellent communicator who inspires positivity and accountability.

Unlimited Earning Potential! Compensation: $18/hour + commission and bonuses. Our top-performing team members regularly earn more than $500 each month on top of their base pay through our generous bonus and commission program.
