You will manage and supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and foster a sense of urgency to achieve objectives while holding the team accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
2. Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
3. Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
4. Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
5. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
6. Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with salon director functions.
7. Assist in controlling revenue and expenses.
8. Work nights and weekends as required.

Experience & Physical Requirements

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Leadership, motivation, and training skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning functions for long periods.
