Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards
• Conduct training, coaching, developing and motivating sales/customer service reps to achieve maximum sales productivity
• Assist Sales Manager with leading the sales team and server as the expert on company culture, sales operations and policies and procedures
• Create and implement strategic sales plans
• Recover customers, build and maintain client relationships
• Assist sales staff when handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits to improve customer satisfaction
• Attend outside customer meetings with sales/customer service reps
• Assist Sales Manager with sales presentations
• Establish individual and annual sales goals for team members
• Provide periodic reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth coordination and drive overall business success.
• Other functions and tasks assigned by your manager.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY:

This position works alongside the Sales Manager to act as a liaison, oversee sales/customer service rep staff. Contributes to the overall company's success by ensuring sales goals are met.

HOURS/SCHEDULE:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Sunday - Occasionally
