Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will participate in training, meet performance goals, and contribute to store operations, staffing, and merchandising while driving sales and customer satisfaction across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Retail or telecommunications industry experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Store Manager when opportunities present itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
