My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its Honolulu, HI retail team. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching the team and delivering the best customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products offered by My Wireless.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingualism preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom industry experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
