My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Hilo, HI. This role supports the Retail Store Manager, coaching staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and AT&T solutions.

Candidates should have prior management and retail sales experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. The position offers strong base pay, commission, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
