Brooks is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager, Back-of-House (BOH) Operations in Seattle to oversee daily store operations, inventory flow, and staff training. You’ll partner with the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, FOH to drive revenue and ensure premium service.
You’ll train the team on store operations, POS, and product knowledge, coach for exceptional customer service, and help connect with runners of all backgrounds to keep Brooks moving forward.

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, Back-of-House (BOH) Operations at Brooks, you support the leadership of a Brooks brand retail store and work closely with the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, FOH to deliver the premium service experience customers expect. You help lead and inspire the retail store team, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our mission to inspire everyone to run and be active. Your primary focus is retail operational excellence. You oversee smooth retail daily operations, create retail staff schedules, support physical inventories, manage incoming and outgoing retail inventory, lead seasonal product flips, and help drive retail sales through strong product storytelling and seamless retail store execution. You partner with the Assistant Store Manager, FOH to ensure the retail team is fully trained on all retail store operations, opening and closing procedures, and POS operations. As the store’s resident product expert, you lead retail product knowledge training and empower the retail team to deliver confident, informed recommendations that support customers of all backgrounds and abilities.
Your Responsibilities:Compensation: The pay range for this position is $23.27 - $32.59 per houor. Base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
