My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, train staff, and maintain store appearance while meeting performance goals, with opportunities for career advancement.

This fast-paced role rewards performers with commissions, paid training, and a clear pathway to manage your own location.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
