Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar in Triadelphia, WV seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager, ensuring brand standards and financial performance are met.

You will manage administrative duties, staffing, scheduling, training, cash handling, and customer service while leading by example to foster teamwork and guest satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and/or freezer.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
• Works with an open flame.
• Uses sharp knives and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with brand and health & safety standards.
• Oversee financial responsibilities including cash handling, deposits, comps, and voids.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team Players; provide direction and performance feedback.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility to meet health regulations.
• Assist with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business.
• Lead by example and mentor team members to build a positive culture.
