Primanti Bros. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure brand health and safety standards, and drive financial performance.

The role involves staff hiring/training, inventory, scheduling, and collaboration with the management team to deliver consistent guest experiences. Competitive wages and benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• Able to verbally respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs, up to 20 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties: ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, vendor invoices.
• Source, interview, and hire candidates; train staff; delegate and evaluate performance.
• Oversee daily financials: cash handling, deposits, comps/voids.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance to meet health and safety standards.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions to drive business.
• Lead by example and mentor team members.
• Provide performance feedback and support professional development.
• Work with management and staff; exercise initiative and discretion.
• Address Fan complaints and resolve issues.
• Operate computer systems and related hardware.
• May perform Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender duties as needed.
