You will lead a team, handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews, while maintaining financial accountability and guest satisfaction. This on-site, full-time role offers competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works in damp, hot environment with open flame.
• Ability to use sharp knives and kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure brand and safety standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoices.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; provide direction and discipline as needed.
• Monitor cash handling and daily deposits; authorize comps and voids.
• Address guest feedback and resolve service or food quality issues.
• Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive business.
• Lead by example and mentor team members; work with management to achieve goals.
• Perform duties of other front-of-house or back-of-house roles when needed.
