Primanti Bros in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold brand and safety standards, and support financial performance.

Under the General Manager, you will lead staffing, scheduling, inventory, training, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to contribute to marketing and team development. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
• Works with an open flame.
• Uses sharp knives and utensils.
• May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.
• Ability to hold items with hands for extended periods, with up to 5lb of weight.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administrative duties, including: ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management.
• Sources, interviews, and hires candidates, trains Players, delegates, provides direction, evaluates, counsels, and disciplines Players as needed.
• Oversees all daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, daily deposits, authorizes comps and voids, etc.).
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
• Oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure health and safety regulations.
• Assists with marketing strategy and campaigns to increase business.
• Exemplifies company culture and mentors team members.
• Provides performance feedback and reviews for Players, assists with professional development.
• Works with management team and Players with initiative and discretion.
• Rectifies any Fan complaints.
• Operates computer systems and hardware as needed.
• May perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender when needed.
• Assists in other duties as needed.
