Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at a luxury boutique property in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will oversee operations across Farley Bar, Sula Restaurant and room service, leading from the floor and delivering personalized guest experiences.

This hands-on role requires at least three years in food and beverage management, a strong upscale dining background, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in food and beverage.
• Strong restaurant background in upscale, full-service dining.
• Excellent leadership and hands-on floor management.
• Knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Farley Bar, Sula Restaurant, and room service.
• Lead, train, and develop front-of-house teams across outlets.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Maintain floor presence and guest service standards.
• Lead pre-service meetings and ensure clear inter-team communication.
• Support cost control and financial performance of the restaurant.
