Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Methuen, MA to support the Restaurant Manager in building a team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help recruit, onboard and develop staff while ensuring brand standards and safe operations.

You will drive labor and inventory controls, coach crew and shift leaders, and help implement new product rollouts to boost sales. Open availability and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Must have open availability to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting, onboarding and developing employees.
