Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager in Clovis, NM to lead daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, people development, and smooth operations for a single location, managing 20-45 team members.

The AM supports RGM, oversees inventory, vendor relations, and adherence to brand standards to ensure efficient service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability impact.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service understanding.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and proper inventory management through daily/weekly/monthly checks.
• Assist in managing cash handling and security procedures.
• Lead and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve restaurant performance.
• Direct operations to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service and adherence to brand standards.
