Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability impact.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability by managing inventory and costs, including regular inspections and ordering.
• Direct guest service to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Guide operations toward efficient product prep and timely delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Uphold brand standards and perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
