Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all duties in their absence.
• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs: schedule, train, certify staff.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training and marketing.
• Execute in-store POS setup per Brand standards.
• Maintain safe, sanitary operations and comply with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Assist in weekly labor scheduling to meet demand.
• Support supplier and vendor orders.
• Conduct self-assessments and action plans.
• Ensure the restaurant budget is met.
• Manage cash over/short and follow cash policies.
• Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations.
