Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin franchise group, seeks an Assistant Manager to join our Bayside Beach location. You’ll help drive guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance while growing a strong team.

This role requires leadership, hands-on management, and a focus on hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You’ll train staff, ensure brand standards, and maintain a clean, efficient restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified

Responsibilities
