Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in New York to partner with the Restaurant Manager in leading the Dunkin' team. You will help recruit, train and develop crew, maintain staffing for projected sales, and ensure excellent guest experiences while driving profitable top-line results.

You will support operational excellence by upholding safety, sanitation and brand standards, and by executing new product roll-outs, promotions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• Basic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and ensure shifts are staffed to meet service goals.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and brand standards; follow laws.
• Drive sales goals and coordinate in-restaurant promotions.
