Job summary

The Dunkin' restaurant in New York is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will perform all duties in the RM's absence, oversee floor operations, and help deliver friendly guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead team meetings, oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule and train staff, ensure brand standards and recipes are followed, and help drive profitability for the store.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify staff
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans
• Assist RM with staffing and labor scheduling
• Support RM in supplier and vendor orders
• Maintain safety, food safety and sanitation compliance
