Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts at Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, CA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and coach a service-focused team. You will help uphold our high standards and create a positive guest experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, knowledge of food and beverage service standards, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. ServSafe certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain ServSafe or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and POS systems.
• Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
• Ability to drive company vehicles on property.
