Job summary

The Ranch Sports Grill in California is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining and bar operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise the staff, coordinate schedules, and help the team maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing service staff, filling in for the General Manager when needed, and driving guest satisfaction while promoting a collaborative, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must be able to work flexible hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess current Food Handler and RBS certifications to work in a restaurant.
• Ability to manage other staff in a professional manner.
• Must be able to learn to use all necessary computer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations as Manager-On-Duty for restaurant and bar.
• Fill in for General Manager in absence; make executive decisions and lead staff.
• Coordinate service staff, host/hostess, and bartenders, including scheduling & hiring.
