Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. This full-time role involves leading the dining room team, assigning duties, and upholding service standards in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, monitor service, handle cash tasks, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. This position offers benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within Delaware North nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and employee relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled dining room team members.
• Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, serving food and drinks, seating guests, and cashier duties when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve situations regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Review work procedures and operational initiatives to improve service, performance, or safety.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with team member trainings and compliance.
• Monitor daily and hourly cleaning.
• Manage labor and profit loss.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record keeping for shift.
• Operate a company vehicle as needed.
