Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and lead a dynamic hospitality team. You will supervise service staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining exceptional guest relations.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of supervisory restaurant experience, knowledge of F&B service

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory/restaurant management.
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety procedures.
• Proficient with POS systems and office software.
• ServSafe/Food Safety Handler certifications preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory control; oversee ordering and vendor relations.
• Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
• Ability to drive company vehicles on property.
