Workstream is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team in Camp Hill, PA. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in developing a strong team delivering friendly guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

You will recruit, onboard and develop staff, ensure guest service goals, enforce safety and brand standards, and drive sales through in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Basic computer skills for transaction systems and schedules.
• Age 18 or older where applicable.
• Basic writing skills for communications and notes.
• Proficient in math and financial management for cost control and reporting.
