Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic Dunkin' environment.

You will recruit and train teammates, manage shifts, and ensure food safety and compliance while controlling costs and maintaining a welcoming store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit and train new team members, assisting in staffing and development.
• Partner with Restaurant Manager to drive sales and ensure brand standards.
