Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and support marketing efforts. The role offers competitive wages and a path for career growth within a beloved regional brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places items on high shelves.
• Works in damp, hot work environment and may work with open flame and sharp knives.
• Operates a computer and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure brand and health & safety standards.
• Manage administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoices.
• Hire, train, and develop Players; provide direction, coaching, and discipline as needed.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, handling comps/voids).
• Address food quality and service complaints and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Assist with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost business.
