Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at a Maryland location. You will ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and deliver strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include assisting with administrative duties, interviewing and training staff, managing daily cash and deposits, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with the management team to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and/or freezer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
• Direct restaurant operations to meet brand, health & safety, and financial standards.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoicing.
